Are sibling discounts available?

Yes. We offer discounted rates for additional children within a family. Our best value is the Annual Family membership which allows you to bring up to 5 people (one adult and 4 kids OR two adults and 3 children) in one discounted visit. Cousins and play partners are welcome.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Memberships must be canceled BEFORE the renewal term and cannot be cancelled once a renewal is processed. Membership terms vary by plan and are outlined during signup.

Do memberships include birthday party perks?

Yes. Memberships include party perks and allow priority booking for party dates.

Is a membership required to attend programs?

No. Programs can be booked separately even if you are not a member.

Open Play gives children the freedom to move, climb, imagine and connect in a safe, screen-free indoor play space. Designed for flexible, drop-in visits, our age-appropriate play zones encourage movement, social interaction and joyful exploration.

Open Play reservations are highly encouraged to reserve your space at The Playhouse. Walk-ins are welcome, depending on capacity.

All are welcome during our 9:30a-7p hours, but we encourage play during the following time slots)

Deep Cleaning is done between each booking period.

Doors open daily at 9:30am and close at 7:00pm. Hours may vary for holidays, special events, private parties, or programs. Advance booking is recommended.

Open Play Guidelines

To ensure a positive experience for all families:

Caregivers must remain onsite during Open Play (with the exception of Drop-off sessions)
Grippy socks are required for children and adults (available for purchase)
Children showing signs of illness are encouraged not to attend
We are a NUT-FREE Facility. Please do not bring any foods containing nuts
